I have never seen a love like theirs. My handsome grandfather and my beautiful grandmother on their wedding day. Rest easy gramps :) Oct.22.1935-Mar.30.2005
You’re beautiful and you don’t have to keep changing how you look to please other’s standards. Society gave an image that we look at that is “accepted” and that is unacceptable. Many have been reblogging stuff about how they wish they looked a certain way, therefore kicking their self-esteem lower. I get pissed off reading these because we should all be comfortable with how we look. All those flaws you see on yourself, start looking at them as YOUR signature. Without your “flaws” you would not be you, you would be a clone that pretty much looks like everyone else. Your “flaws” are your differences. “You are an original who cannot be replaced”. I dont understand why people would want to look like the next person. Yes, you will be judged A LOT. But the only thing that matters is how you see yourself. If you don’t like what you see in the mirror, change it… BUT change for yourself. Change to what makes you happy. Dont try to live up to society’s standards or your surroundings either… because you will lose the only thing that makes you unique.
Your appearance should not determine your beauty because we are all beautiful. Your personality and character determines who you are as a person.
Something I go by: God makes no mistakes.
